Hand diced Chicken breast, all sourced from freedom farms and RSPCA approved farms. We Cook the chicken breast meat in small batches and for a shorter period of time to ensure good chunks of chicken remain in the pie. We use a creamy white sauce and add fresh tarragon to the sauce to give that slight aniseed aftertaste this pie has been well received by all of our customers. The filling is then all encased in our traditional shortcrust pastry using an age old recipe passed down through generations.

Cooking Information
To reheat, use a preheated oven gas mark 5/190 degrees celsius. Place on a baking tray and cook for 20-25 minutes. Please ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving.
