Delicious cuts of hand diced locally sourced steak, The steak is cooked for 8 hours to tenderize the meat to give that melt in the mouth texture and then it is married to a rich gravy to which we add the ale. The filling is then all encased in our traditional shortcrust pastry using an age old recipe passed down through generations. This is our top selling pie and when you taste it you will realise why.
