Pork Loin Steak is a lean and tender steak cut from the loin. Our butchers cut ours nice and thick, so they stay extra juicy.
This delicious pork joint is great for a family roast, by keeping the bone on the meat it will only increase the great flavours when roasting. The bone is chined and French trimmed for easy carving whilst still enhancing the best taste.
These are cut from the sirloin and have had the fat trimmed from them by our masters butchers. They are sweet and tender and make a great quick meal for the wok or frying pan. Great in stir-fry’s.
