Our award-winning pies are truly the best of British and we only use Red Tractor British pork.
All of our pies are freshly made to order in our bakery to ensure they arrive to you fresh and perfectly crisp and crumbly. Our pork is sourced as locally as possible, most frequently from a farm just six miles from us. This enables us to provide traceability and provenance with modern customer needs and expectations. Simply heat in the oven, relax and serve! Perhaps enjoying it with a splash of our Three Choirs Wine!
A classic flavour combination. Made with the highest quality beef shin and craft ale all encased in a rich shortcrust pastry. With the barley gluten from the ale removed and gluten free gravy, this pie is a as safe as it is delicious!
Tender chunks of chicken, leeks and smoked pancetta are combined skilfully in this delicious creamy pie. Encased in crumbly shortcrust pastry, this is the pie gluten free, dairy pie you have all been waiting for.
We absolutely loved this pie during our taste testing. The balance of flavours is perfect. Earthy meaty mushrooms, tender leeks and spinach are all in harmony with the creamy sauce and the pastry just melts in the mouth. Delicious.
The Large Game Pie in Gravy is a fantastically grown-up pie. Choice cuts of pheasant, turkey, and venison in a rich gravy. Delicious served with wholegrain mustard mash, cavolo nero and a big glass of red wine. Feeds 2 to 4 people.
