Our smoked meats are prepared to our own recipe and gently smoked, providing a delicate and subtle smoky flavour while ensuring a deliciously succulent and tender texture.

Our duck breasts are simply and slowly smoked for subtle delicate flavour. Excellent as a starter – perhaps a salad with pears or walnuts and Stitchelton blue cheese. Warmed in a hot frying pan to crisp up the skin or cold in a salad both allowing the flavours to come through.
Our Turkey is marinated in our own blend of brown sugar, salt and garlic before being simply smoked for a sumptuous Smokey taste. The turkey is cooked by the smoking process and needs no further preparation.
