Deep Fry – Preheat the oil to 180ºC. Deep fry frozen prawns for 2 -3 minutes or until golden brown. Oven Bake – Preheat oven to 220°C. Place frozen prawns on a pre-heated baking rack and bake for 16 – 18 minutes or until golden brown, turning over halfway through cooking. Allow a minute to cool before serving
