This delicious pork joint is great for a family roast, by keeping the bone on the meat it will only increase the great flavours when roasting. The bone is chined and French trimmed for easy carving whilst still enhancing the best taste.

Sirloin of Beef has the perfect balance of tenderness and taste and because our beef is carefully aged on the bone for between 21 to 28 days the result is a taste and texture that is truly amazing. Furthermore, unlike many butchers that buy their beef already cut we work with the full carcass meaning we can offer the full range of cuts for the more adventurous cook. As a guide when ordering, allow 250g per person and if you want a little extra left over allow more.
