Dandelion & Burdock Gin

Galaxy & Pilgrim Hop Gin is great served with tonic or ginger ale, garnished with a slice of lemon or orange. The two hops can be brilliantly showcased in a dry martini served with a lemon twist. We’ve taken the earthy flavours of the roots of these botanicals and distilled them with locally foraged heather, honeybush to add a floral lift and cola nut and almond to bind the flavours with orris root to add length. A classic dry gin when served with tonic water, but if you’re after that old school northern fish and chip shop Dandelion and Burdock serve with ginger ale / or D&B soda.'
