Cooking Information
Grill Instructions: Place under a pre-heated medium grill for 16-17 minutes, turning occasionally. Oven cook Instructions: Place on a lightly greased baking tray. Cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5 for 25-35 minutes. Shallow Fry Instructions: Fry in a little oil over a medium heat for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain well before serving.
