A medium curry with delicious flavours and no refined sugar. Perfect with vegetables, chicken or prawns, add sugar snap peas and egg noodles for a mouth watering meal in minutes. Also works well as a marinade. Serves 2 people

Cooking Information
1. Heat oil in a large frying pan or wok on a medium to high heat
2. Add your favourite meat, fish or seafood and fry until cooked through
3. Toss in your favourite mixed vegetables and continue to fry for another minute
4. Pour in Fused Thai Green Curry Stir Fry Sauce, mix well together and fry for 1 minute
5. Serve with rice or noodles.
