100-150g of cubed chicken per person. Seal quickly in a wok one tablespoon of oil. Pour over sauce, reduce heat and simmeruntil tender. Garnish with cashew nuts or a small salad of shredded spring onion, cucumber and bean sprouts. Serve with plain boiled rice. Stir fried noodles make a good alternative.
