Cooking Information

Remove the wellington from the packaging and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Preheat your oven and place the wellington on the middle shelf and bake 180°C for 45-55 minutes ensuring the core temperature is around 56°C. The meat should be medium-rare. If you prefer your meat well done, allow extra 10 min cooking time ensuring the core temperature is around 68°C. Allow to stand for 15 minutes before serving.
