Cooking Information
Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 30 mins Oven cook - From Chilled. Preheat oven. Remove the plastic film and place sauce sachet to one side. Cover with foil and place on middle shelf of oven. Cook for 20 mins. Remove from oven and discard any juices. Pour contents of the sauce sachet over the rib rack. Cook uncovered for a further 10 mins until glaze is bubbling and sticky. Remove from oven. Rest for 5 mins before serving.
