Cooking Information

TO STEAM: This is a guideline only. Leave basin with lid on. Place basin in a steamer over boiling water and steam for 60 minutes. Ensure that water does not enter the Christmas pudding. Do not alow the steamer to boil dry, TO MICROWAVE: This is a guideline only. It is sugested that you consult your appliances instruction manual. Loosen lid and place in microwave plate. Heat on full power. 750W/Cat D 3minutes 30 seconds or 850W/Cat E 3 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
