Chicken Liver Pâté with Brandy
Our most popular pâté, still blended to our original recipe of 40 years. Our version of this perennial favourite is full flavoured, smooth and well seasoned with thyme, garlic and brandy. Delicious served with crusty bread for a light lunch or starter with a lightly dressed salad.
Chicken Liver Pate:- Chicken Liver (65%), Butter (30%) Milk, Brandy: (3%), Clarified Butter Milk, Thyme, Dried Onion, Garlic, Salt, Pepper. Garnish; Fresh Bay Leaves, Rosemary and Green Peppercorns.

Store refrigerated at 5°or below or freeze on arrival for up to 3 months. Your pâté has a shelf life of 14 days, once opened please consume within 5 days.
