Traditionally made from the belly of the pig and matured for a distinct flavour. Our dry cured bacon is cured by hand using curing salts & Demerara sugar, which is gently rubbed in and left to mature to give a unique flavour. Your order is prepared here at The Country Victualler by our skilled butchers and delivered to your door fresh, so you can choose between freezing or consuming within a few days.

Microwave Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking. Grill Instructions: Place under a pre-heated grill for 4-6 minutes. Turn occasionally. For extra crispy bacon, grill for an additional 2 minutes. Shallow Fry Instructions: For best results, pan fry. Fry in a little oil for 3-5 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain well before serving.
