Grill Instructions: Place under a pre-heated medium grill for 16-17 minutes, turning occasionally. Oven cook Instructions: Place on a lightly greased baking tray. Cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5 for 25-39 minutes. Shallow Fry Instructions: Fry in a little oil over a medium heat for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain well before serving.

Microwave Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking. Shallow Fry Instructions: Pan Fry Heat a little oil in a frying pan or wok until hot. Place one of the pieces into the pan and if it sizzles, the pan is ready. Fry for 18-20 minutes over moderate heat, turning frequently. Check food is cooked thoroughly and juices run clear when pierced with a thin skewer before serving.

Microwave Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking. Grill Instructions: Place steaks under a pre-heated medium grill for 10-12 minutes, turning once. Remove from grill and rest on a warm plate for 5 minutes. Shallow Fry Instructions: For best results, pan fry. Heat a dry frying pan until hot and cook steaks for 1 minute each side, reduce to medium heat and cook for 3-4 minutes each side. Remove from pan and rest on a warm plate for 5 minutes.

BEEF STEAK MINCE 500G

Instructions: Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 9-10 mins Heat non stick frying pan to a medium/high heat. Add product. Break up the mince over the entire surface of the pan. Cook for 9-10 mins. Add a sauce or stock and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer gently, stirring occasionally until cooked through. The meat must be thoroughly cooked until the juices run clear. The meat must be piping hot with not pink meat remaining. Check that product is thoroughly cooked before serving. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking. Do not cook from frozen. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the refrigerator. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted use on the same day and do not refreeze.

Instructions: Grill Instructions: Place under a pre-heated grill for 4-6 minutes. Turn occasionally. For extra crispy bacon, grill for an additional 2 minutes. Shallow Fry Instructions: For best results, pan fry. Fry in a little oil for 3-5 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain well before serving. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
