Cooking Information
Pre heat oven to 180C/160C fan/ gas 4. Cooking times: approx 45minutes for every 1kg + 20 minutes, depending on the joint size. Check that the centre of the joint is fully cooked and is piping hot and that the juices run clear. Leave the joint to rest after cooking for around 20 minutes prior to carving.
