Only one thought comes to mind with this Mmmmmmm. This seriously addictive pâté is made from wild pheasants cooked in port and marinaded in juniper berries and red wine vinegar. A great addition to your favourite savoury biscuits and a nice cheese or two. Our pâté is freshly made by hand in small batches, vacuum packed in attractive earthenware-look dishes before being despatched to your door.
