A rich sauce of beef stock and red wine thickened to coat roast beef. Superb served with roast beef or a grilled steak but also great with beak olives, lamb shanks or served alongside beef wellington.

Hob: For best results de-glaze the pan or roasting dish that the meat was cooked in, with the juices, by pouringin sauce and bringingto a simmer. Alternatively, empty contents into suitable sized pan and heat gently until piping hot. Microwave: Empty contents into mictowave-safe jug or bowl & heat at maximum power, stirring occasionally, until piping hot (approximately 2 minutes, but microwaves vary)
