A sauce made with green, pink & black peppercorns along with a good glug of brandy- the perfect partner for a steak or other red meat or even try with grilled fish!

Hob: For best results, pan fry your meat or fish and when cooked remove and keep warm whilst heating the sauce with the cooking juices. Alternatively, heat separately in a suitable pan.Microwave: Empty contents into a microwave-safe jug and heat, stirring occasionally until piping hot (approx 2 minutes).
